You can convert these old practices into good and healthy habits that will help to keep your body strong, agile and supported. Your body will give you an honest feedback about the positive effects of your work right away.

If you are looking for individual yoga-training at your personal level, I will practise with you and your personal challenges. Whether you want to start your personal yoga-practise, or you want to refine your personal asana-practise, breathing techniques or meditation.

In times of stress or depressive moods, you can get a different approach to working on your personal issues. Yoga-therapy is working with your body and your breath. It gives you an oportunity to nourish your body systems and restore some of your forces in a protected environment.
